Yes, everything needs to be off the garage floor prior to our installation. Our clients have used several creative solutions, ask us for ideas. 

DIY and other providers skimp on the materials. Their layers include more water that evaporates and less chips leaving your flooring more susceptible to pealing. Improper floor preparation is also a large reason we are called to strip and replace other installs which caused lost time, money and the additional prep time. 

We properly train our staff and we use large expensive equipment such as diamond grinders and take the time it takes to clean the floor and seal cracks. We have also been in business longer than most of our competitors and warranty our work. 

Hose down sweep or mop the floor. Our coatings are impervious to liquids, so oil and chemicals can be wiped up without staining the floor. Dirt and other debris can be washed out simply with a hose or light low setting pressure wash.
